The TD Tower in Toronto would have been a stump if it stopped around the 30th floor.

The 2nd tower was almost equivalent to the size of the 3 tallest office towers in Montreal in the 1960s. The 3rd building was a stump as if to represent what was among the largest office buildings in Vancouver. The 4th tower would end up being 5 floors shorter than the TD_Canada_Trust_Tower,_Calgary. Toronto's First_Canadian_Place at 72 stories is still the tallest office tower in Canada.
